User Tables are table-driven pick lists (also known as Conditional Pick Lists – CPL – those pull down menus with clickable options) in CropTrak’s forms. In their simplest form, User Tables are spreadsheets that contain header information, and the data associated with those headers. The User Table Tool in CropTrak Web allows Admins to import a new user table from an Excel spreadsheet (use the Excel template attached to this article), or edit an existing table.
This article assumes that you are an Administrator for your organization, and are familiar with building forms in Form Builder and setting up users in User Manager.
