Attaching Help Documents to Worklists
In Worklist Manager the admin can attach documents that will provide help content to the end users using the worklists.
From the Main Menu in CropTrak Web, select Worklist Manager
- Select the Help Doc Tab
- Press “Choose file” to select a file to upload from your computer.
- Enter a description of the document.
- Then press “Upload.”
- Once uploaded you can show or delete the document.
Viewing Help Documents
- From the Main Menu select Worklists
- Select a Worklist
- If the Worklist has Help documents configured, you will see an additional tab “Help Documents” under the worklist name.
- Select the “Help Documents” tab
- Then, select the “Show” button next to the document that you want to view.
- Select the document in the bottom tool bar to open (or depending on your web browser settings it may open automatically.
