The User Manager Tool is an administrative tool that allows you to add or delete users and assign roles and permissions (what users can see and do within CropTrak).

User Groups

User Groups allows you to create groups and assign users to those groups to make it easier to manage permissions within your organization. Depending on how your Form and Asset permissions are setup you may want to create roles by region, department, or both.
