New Features

App spec

As a user admin if you do not want to automatically send a password reset email to users as they are created you can set the “SendPasswordEmailNewUser“ app spec to False

Assets

In the Asset Export you will now have a column for the Unique ID and the Descriptor for each level of the hierarchy. Unique ID\Value will be in the column names Area, Grower, or Farm. The Descriptor\name will be in the columns with _D appended to the end for example: Area_D, Grower_D, Farm_D.

CropTrak Direct \ Surveys

• CropTrak Direct Add email where missing in user lists
• CropTrak Direct Add Company Name to email subject
• Add subject and body to the Direct Tab
• Add resend flag for CropTrak Direct
• Direct Manager Grid - Confirmation window - Multiuser support, add new section to view items to send

Form Builder

FIV PIcklists

In Form builder on the FIV Picklist Item in the Asset Picklist Single for Input you can now select an AROQs with the Asset Guid or an asset picklist single as the name suggests.

Ability to control 2 column-layout on a per-form basis

A new checkbox option has been added to Form Builder under the Advanced tab, the “One Column Layout” option that can be set on a per-form basis. When check-marked, this option will force all form items on the form to be under 1 column. When left unchecked, the form items will be arranged in the traditional 2 column layout.

New Form Item- Spacer Item

A new form item is available to add to forms using Form Builder- the Spacer item. As the name suggests, this item can be used to create space between items. This item allows for greater control of an item’s positioning as it relates to other items.

Hide Web Form Assets Checkbox option

The visibility of the Fixed applicable asset section of a form, the section that displays the applicable asset and its path, can now be controlled via a checkbox option in Form Builder. When check marked for a form, the applicable asset section will not be seen when that form is opened in a worklist. One important thing to note is that this setting does not influence the visibility of the applicable asset section when the form is opened from the form grid.

Optimizations

User Settings Panel

From the User menu there is now a Preferences option. On the preferences page you can set if you want to show or hide the New on the Welcome page or display Worklist or Dashboards by default, in operations where Dashboards are present.

Worklist Manager

New option to max binder instances per asset and also to set System Period in which the max instances should apply.

Bug Fixes

Asset Manager

• Assets no longer disappear after setting a role on the Asset
• Fixed and issue with Export Assets never starting and not reaching the job log

Broadcasts

• Fixed issues with conditional formatting in FIV and Worklist Broadcasts

Dashboards

• Fixed issue with Dashboard not consistently loading images on the "Imagery Images" page

Worklist Manager

• Searching no longer collapses the Forms list area on the add multiple forms to binder popup

Form Builder

• Fixed a bug where user as unable to view/edit form in Form Builder
• Fixed an issue where adding an item was failing with an unexpected server error
• Sequential Token Form Item now available as a choice to the Calculator Form Item

Form Validator

• Validation setting ‘Unique On Form Instance’ and ‘Unique Across All Form Instances’ is now being taken into account

• Improves Form Validator Messaging that was inaccurate and not specific enough
• Fixed case where calculators did not assess correctly because user was missing permission to one of the dependent items

• Fixed an issue where deleted repeating set keys could get reused

• Disabled scroll wheel on form increment buttons numeric values to prevent incrementing while scrolling the form
