Yes – you will need to use a new domain key. This is part of our multi-level security to ensure no unauthorized access to your database.
To Obtain a Replacement Domain key:
If you, or your organization, only have one license, then you will need to request a new domain key by submitting a support ticket.
If you have more than one license, then you also have an ACTIVATION SERVER which allows you to manage your domain keys. So just log into your activation server and delete the unused domain key. Once this is done, the activation server will automatically issue you a replacement key.
