Miscellaneous Improvement and Bug Fixes

Notable Improvements:

• Faster form load times in binders.
• The Translate tool  is now available in all geographies and can be run from non-US based locations.
• Translate tool now also translates the Caption Description for form items, including HTML formatting.
• More informative error messages are now shown when a user does not have Role access to a form they are trying to access.

Notable Bugfixes:

• Newly-added asset types are now available immediately in Form Builder (no logout required).
• Decimal items with UT-driven default values now allow those defaults to change on initial data entry.
• Calculator-based form validation no longer prevents users from saving the form when the validator is in a conditionally hidden form section.
• Form item icons no longer disappear when using multi-asset form entry.
