What is new?

Welcome to Version 9 of CropTrak Web. Some of the new features/improvements in Version 9 include:

• Tableau Dashboard as part of the Welcome page
• Form Builder let's you exclude items from replication tables
• Style - Version 9 now sports CropTrak's new brand identity
• Worklist Keyword Filter
• Improved Asset Digitizer
• Other Improvements

Style

Note that CropTrak web now sports CropTrak's new brand identity. This doesn't require anything of the end user, we just thought it improved the CropTrak Web experience.

Worklist "Keyword filter"

On the worklist filter screen, you can now enter a keyword to search and filter the assets and worklists by that keyword. The new "keyword filter" is a handy way to filter things by specific categories of things based on values in the Worklist Grid.

To Use:

1. Access the filter screen from the home page or the worklist page. There you type some keyword in - say "Corn".
2. Press Apply
3. The worklist then filters down to only Worklist and Assets with "Corn" as a value in some column.

Improved Asset Digitizer

New icons have been added and the workflow has been simplified in the Asset Digitizer.

Improved Asset Digitizer - Access the digitizer

To access the digitizer:

1. In a worklist, open a form
2. Select the Digitize Asset form item to open the digitizer

Improved Asset Digitizer - Add New Asset

To add a New Asset:

1. On the select menu, select Add Region
2. On the Map, left click to place each vertex
3. Press Apply in the Digitizer
4. Press Save on the Form

Improved Asset Digitizer - Edit an Asset

To edit an Asset:

1. On the select menu, ensure Select has been selected
2. On the Map, left click on the existing Asset
3. One the Map, select and drag vertex to new position
4. Press Apply in the Digitizer
5. Press Save on the Form.

Improved Asset Digitizer - Edit Functions

There are new options for combining multiple polygons. You will automatically be presented with the options when you have multiple polygons that overlap.

Improved Asset Digitizer - Edit Name

To edit the name:

1. On the Select menu, ensure Select has been selected
2. On the Map, left click on the existing asset
3. Press the Edit Name button
4. Type the new name in the dialog box
5. Press Save on the form

Improved Asset Digitizer - Delete Asset

To delete an asset:

1. On the Select menu, ensure Select has been selected
2. On the Map, left click on the existing asset
3. Press the Delete icon (trash can icon)
4. Press Apply in the Digitizer
5. Press Save on the Form

Form Builder Improvements

Email form items and Scale Form items can now be added to the calculation in a Calculator Form item. The ability to navigate to the calculator was added that controls visibility of a form item from the "Show based on" selector.

The option to move a form item up from down was added. Select the menu button on the right side of a form item and select Move Up, Move Down or Move to a Specific Position.

Broadcast and Distribution Improvements

• Added scrolling to the ‘where used’ list on the distribution list page to prevent the contents from going off the page.
• Broadcast button is not longer selectable if you haven’t selected a worklist in order to prevent a server error from occurring.
• When setting up a Broadcast you can now choose to not send the broadcast is the results will be empty.

Worklist Improvements

• Fixed an issue with the "Form is Singular" function which was allowing multiple forms to be created
• Fixed an issue where the "Min number of repeating sections" setting was not being taken into account when the form was auto-instantiated in a binder.
