Form Builder Tool in CropTrak Web

Form Builder replaces the PC-based CropTrak Administration Tool (CTAT), and allows custom form design and construction on CropTrak’s Web Tool.

Introduction to Form Builder

The Form Builder tool allows you to create your own custom to enable your users to collect the necessary information to support your organization.

Building a New Form Using Form Builder

To create a new form using Form Builder, navigate to the Form Builder module (see above) and drill down thru the hierarchy to the Observations folder (Forms –> Observations). Remember most of your forms will be in the Observations folder with a few minor exceptions (again, see above).
